Job Summary

Design, develop, support, and enhance ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow CSM platform.

• Design, develop, and support CSM modules, Service Portal, and reports.

• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems.

• Provide consultation to users on processes and technologies.

• Lead communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

• Manage break fixes, enhancements, and system maintenance.

• Handle workflow management, testing, and deployments.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advise on solutions.

  Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in CS, IS, or Engineering.

• Experience: 7+ yrs total; 5+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow CSM.

• At least one full-cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM.

• Strong in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.

• Proficient in ServiceNow CSM, integrations, Service Portal, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Strong stakeholder relationship and project management capabilities.
