ServiceNow CSM developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Developer to join our team and deliver scalable, innovative customer service solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM applications and workflows.
• Implement CSM capabilities, including case management, customer portals, account and contact management, and case routing.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Customize Service Portal, Employee Center, and UI Builder experiences as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure platform best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective customer service solutions.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, specifically Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Customer Service Management certification.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with CSM case management, workflows, customer service processes, and integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
