Servicenow Developer acce

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for ServiceNow incidents, requests, and platform issues
• Administer and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Manage users, groups, roles, and access controls in ServiceNow
• Monitor instance health, performance, and usage
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
• Create and maintain catalog items, notifications, and automation scripts
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Support ITSM process improvements and platform enhancements
• Maintain technical and process documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cross-functional teams

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM administration & development experience
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management modules
• Good scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, client/server scripting
• Experience with workflows, catalog development, and integrations
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service operations
• Experience with Scoped Applications and Update Sets
• Exposure to REST/SOAP integrations and automation tools
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or Python is an added advantage
• ServiceNow CSA and ITIL Foundation certifications preferred
• 15 years full-time education required
