What they need

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using JavaScript.
Develop custom modules, scripts, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.

Job Requirements :

4-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow development.
Strong understanding of JavaScript programming language for developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Experience working with ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) principles and best practices.
Proficiency in designing complex workflows using Servicenow's built-in tools such as approval hierarchies, business rules, etc.
