What they need

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members on ServiceNow development best practices and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ITIL) for incident management, problem management, change management etc.

Job Requirements :

8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of CISA/CAD certifications or equivalent knowledge of ITIL processes.
Experience working with Customer Service Associates (CSAs) for customer support requests processing.
