What they need
- 4+ years of experience in ITSM and ServiceNow/SMoD solutions
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development and scripting
- Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer & Workflow Automation
- Experience with Business Rules and Client Scripts
- Exposure to OSS/BSS integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills
- Good understanding of Telecom Operations
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with testing, validation, and automation of service delivery tasks
