Teknita is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design,build, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes secure API integrations, custom development, intuitive user experiences, and IT Service Management (ITSM), with additional ServiceNow domain and artificial intelligence experience valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases; and evaluate AI and automation opportunities

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, including platform customization, application development, and administration.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• 2+ years of experience in API integration design, implementation, security, and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience working with REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication mechanisms, logging, and monitoring.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• 2+ years of experience using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and automated testing frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow data models, tables, reference relationships, CMDB design, and data management best practices.
• 2+ years of experience designing user-centered solutions with a focus on accessibility, security, usability, and maintainability.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing, code reviews, source control management, and release management processes.
• 3+ years of experience demonstrating strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Configurable Workspaces.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and AI Search.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise integrations, accessibility standards, and possession of or ability to obtain CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, and/or ITIL certifications.
• Desired: 2+ years of experience in additional ServiceNow domains, such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine.
• Desired: 2+ years of experience with automated deployment pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
