What they need

Good knowledge of Discovery and CMDB along with Integrations (Good skill in troubleshooting) We do have lots of Software and Hardware integration hence its mandatory.
Scripting knowledge is also required
He/ She should have all the Developer requirements.
Rest Message end to end knowledge (Configuration, Troubleshooting).
Portal Widgets knowledge.
Overall good skill in troubleshooting and debugging skills. Being in Support project we expect the candidate to knowledgeable on ITSM process as well.
Good communication skill as they will be the first point of contact with Clients, gathering requirements, Understanding the instance and should be in the position to suggest the best solutions.
We look forward to a lead who can address the junior developers technically and support related questions as well.
Identify pain points in CMDB, prepare a solution and propose a roadmap
