What they need

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using CMDB tools like Snow.
Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and integrations to automate IT operations management (ITOM) processes.
Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementation and provide technical support to end-users.

Job Requirements :

4-12 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of CMDB concepts and experience working with Snow or similar tools.
Proficiency in designing custom workflows, approval processes, and integrations for ITOM implementations.
Experience troubleshooting complex issues related to ITSM implementation.
