Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Catalog Development, Service Portal, end-to-end integrations, Flow Development, and ServiceNow upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Design and develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and catalog components.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal experiences.
• Develop and manage end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/systems.
• Design and implement Flows and automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, including impact analysis, customization review, testing, and post-upgrade validation.
• Troubleshoot development and integration issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Service Catalog Development
• Experience with Service Portal
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end integrations
• Strong experience in Flow Development / Flow Designer
• Experience working on ServiceNow upgrades
• Good understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, and customization
