ServiceNow Developer

For our client, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and broader operational needs. The ideal candidate will translate stakeholder requirements into effective technical solutions, helping improve workflow efficiency, platform reliability, and user experience. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to support configuration, administration, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of the platform.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for IT service management
• Develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Support platform administration, including incident resolution and performance optimization
• Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and maintain solution quality
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and ongoing support for platform releases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with ServiceNow
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development in a senior role
• Hands-on knowledge of scripting, automation, workflows, and configurations in ServiceNow
• Proficiency in JavaScript and relevant ServiceNow tools
• Experience analyzing requirements and delivering technical solutions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
