Servicenow Developer

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer required (current version)
• One or more ServiceNow Micro-Certifications required
• Knowledge of architecture concepts, industry standards, and best practices
• Experience with ITIL methodology and practice with certification highly preferred
• Experience with systems integration methods (e.g. REST, SOAP) required
• Proven project management and time management skills
• Proven documentation and training skills

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
