What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Configure: Build custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Module Delivery: Implement and support product lines including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and HRSD.
- Integrations: Connect ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and web services.
- Agile Execution: Turn user stories into testable products during sprints, conduct testing, and support platform patching or upgrades.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical design specs, follow ITIL guidelines, and apply development best practices.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow technical development.
- Core Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and MID servers.
- Methodologies: Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and ITIL frameworks.
