ServiceNow Developer

About the role

An SME role requiring collaboration and team management to perform across multiple teams. You will be responsible for team decisions, engaging with stakeholders, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service quality, facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team, and monitor system health to proactively identify potential risks and prevent service disruptions.

About you

• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and workflows
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow
• Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
• Familiarity with scripting and automation capabilities in ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency
• Solid skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of software issues
• ServiceNow ITSM – CSDM, Developer profile (NOT end-user)
• 5 - 8+ years in ServiceNow
