Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
• Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes and other ServiceNow components.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer / Workflow.
• Create and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with JavaScript and Glide APIs for client-side and server-side scripting.
• Configure forms, fields, notifications, catalog items, reports, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, defect fixing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with business analysts, administrators, architects, and technical teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform architecture.
• Experience in scripting, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
