What they need
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, technical support and administration.
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as other ServiceNow integration tools and technologies.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools, including Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
Hybrid setup (2x a week onsite) - Day/Mid shift.
