What they need

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using Service Catalog, CMDB, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, REST APIs etc.
Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ITIL) by implementing best practices for incident management, problem management, change management etc.

Job Requirements :

3.5-7 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of configuration options available in ServiceNow such as Service Catalog, CMDB etc.
Proficiency in writing JavaScript code snippets for client scripts and script includes.
