Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, configure, customize, and support IT Operations

Management solutions that improve service visibility, operational efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB capabilities.
• Build and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, credentials, schedules, and MID Server integrations.
• Configure event rules, alert management, event correlation, deduplication, and automated remediation workflows.
• Create and maintain service maps and application-service relationships.
• Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to resolve discovery and event-management

issues.

• Perform testing, defect resolution, documentation, upgrades, and production support.

Required Technical Skills

• ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML
• MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• ITIL processes and incident/problem/change management
• Monitoring-tool integrations such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds

Preferred Certifications

CSA required; CISDiscovery, CISService Mapping, or CISEvent Management preferred.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent

professional experience may be considered.
