- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ITIL) for IT service management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITOM (IT Operations Management) principles and practices.
- Experience with IAM (Identity Access Management) concepts and implementation.
