Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Need experinece in GRC implementation of 1 year.
• Need experoence SecOps, or ITSM.
• Work hands-on across ITSM and GRC/IRM or SecOps modules.
• Design and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and workflows.
• Configure and customize Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Request and related ITSM processes.
• Implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM processes such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Risk Assessments, Controls, Issues, and Exceptions.
• Build automation using Flow Designer and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST/API integrations with external applications.
• Perform data migration and transformation using Import Sets, Data Sources, and Transform Maps.
• Manage Update Sets and deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize ServiceNow configurations and applications.
• Conduct testing, defect resolution, and support end-to-end implementation activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards, security controls, and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer/support to users and teams.
