ServiceNow Developer ITSM / GRC-IRM / ITOM / HRSD

Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, GRC/IRM, ITOM, or HRSD.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work on workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and implementation standards.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow development and configuration
• JavaScript

Requirements

• 3–8 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience in ITSM / GRC-IRM / ITOM / HRSD.
• ServiceNow certification such as CSA / CIS is preferred.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
• Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.

Location

India – Hyderabad / Pune / Bengaluru / Chennai / Noida / Remote, depending on project requirements.
