ServiceNow Developer

The Solution Developer (ServiceNow) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of ServiceNow, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions, that support the client's initiative. This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions. She/he will work closely with the Project Manager/ Team/Platform Lead and reports to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff.

Work Experience

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on AppEngine and integration protocols
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, enhancing user experience, and aligning solutions with business requirements.
• Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced workflows, forms, and integrations to address unique organizational needs.
• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, ensuring efficient development cycles and continuous delivery.
