Roles and Responblities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Professional Services Delivery (PSDS/PSM), and custom ServiceNow application development .

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, proven experience building and customizing enterprise applications, and an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize applications within ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, and PSDS/PSM .
• Build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop custom applications, modules, tables, forms, workflows, and user experiences.
• Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and web services .
• Configure and customize HRSD and CSM functionality to support enterprise processes.
• Work with ServiceNow data models, application scopes, security controls, and platform architecture.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and configuration issues.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and end users to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer .
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) .
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) .
• Experience with ServiceNow PSDS/PSM (Professional Services Delivery/Management) .
• Strong experience developing custom ServiceNow applications .
• Strong ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript .
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow application architecture, tables, data models, scoped applications, and security.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed technical teams.
• Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance – Mandatory.

ServiceNow Certifications

• ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
• CSA certification preferred.
• Additional CIS certifications related to HRSD, CSM, or other relevant ServiceNow modules are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB is a plus.
• Experience with Integration Hub and MID Server.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
