ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise in planning, analyzing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow products and applications.
• Assess client requirements, evaluate potential impacts, and contribute to solution estimates and recommendations.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions across projects of different sizes and scopes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and introduce innovative solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines, requirements, and quality standards.
• Apply both business understanding and technical programming skills to develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications.
• Translate user requirements and Agile stories into functional, testable ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement and maintain solutions following software engineering best practices and ITIL methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and technical issues across various ServiceNow platform components.
• Conduct impact analysis, testing, and validation for ServiceNow patches, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical documentation and other required project deliverables in accordance with established standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and at least one of its product lines, such as:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• SecOps
• IRM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• CSM
• SPM
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge or exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Any ServiceNow certification.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Background in systems engineering, software development, or a related technical field.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively share knowledge with team members.
• Strong automation mindset, with a focus on finding opportunities to simplify and improve processes.

• Hybrid setup
• Location: Taguig

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
