ServiceNow Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for ServiceNow professionals across Junior to Senior levels to join our team. Candidates with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, workflow automation, implementation, or platform support are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will work with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, support platform enhancements, and troubleshoot issues across project and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications and platform functionality.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, scripts, automations, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot incidents, defects, integrations, and ServiceNow platform issues.
• Support ServiceNow enhancements, maintenance, upgrades, and production activities.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
• Assess technical impacts and collaborate with stakeholders on proposed changes.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, architects, business users, and project teams.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Senior-level candidates may also provide technical leadership, solution design, mentoring, and workstream ownership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in development, configuration, customization, implementation, consulting, or support.
• Experience working with one or more ServiceNow product lines:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• SecOps
• IRM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• CSM
• SPM
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in project or production environments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, automation, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of Agile development and delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Senior-Level / Preferred Experience

Candidates with additional experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Complex ServiceNow customizations and solution design.
• ServiceNow integrations with internal or external systems.
• Service Portal and/or ServiceNow Workspace.
• L2/L3 production support and complex troubleshooting.
• ServiceNow platform upgrades and maintenance.
• Module or workstream ownership.
• Technical leadership and mentoring of junior team members.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
