ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are looking for skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developers to provide functional and technical expertise across the planning, design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications. The role will work across ServiceNow projects of varying scope and complexity, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while supporting development, testing, deployment, platform upgrades, and ongoing issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise for the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow applications.
• Translate business and user requirements into functional and testable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow application code based on agreed user stories and sprint requirements.
• Perform impact assessments and provide estimates and proposed solutions for client work requests.
• Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using software engineering and ITIL best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents across ServiceNow platform components.
• Perform impact analysis and testing for ServiceNow patches and platform upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
• Work within Agile delivery teams across multiple ServiceNow projects.

About you

• At least 1 year of ServiceNow development and/or architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, or architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow product lines including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
• Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with application configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow application and platform issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
