ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support platform development, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and implementation of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and configuration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Script Includes
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Knowledge of Service Catalog and Request Management
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Strong understanding of CMDB
• Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of Update Sets and Source Control
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and modules
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents, defects, and technical issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, deployments, and platform maintenance
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and support teams
• Support production deployments and change implementation activities
