Job Summary

Spark Techwave InnovationZ Pvt Ltd is looking for a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow applications and workflows based on business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow, JavaScript, ITSM, workflows, scripting, REST APIs, and ServiceNow configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Configure workflows and automate business processes within ServiceNow.
• Develop and customize Service Catalog items, forms, variables, and approvals.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow application issues and resolve technical defects.
• Work with JavaScript for server-side and client-side ServiceNow scripting.
• Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and other technical teams.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.

• Experience with REST APIs / SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.

• Understanding of ServiceNow tables, forms, fields, relationships, and data model.

• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow update sets and deployment processes.

• Understanding of ITIL concepts.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or relevant certifications.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CMDB.
• Experience with MID Server.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Knowledge of Git or other version-control practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting best practices and performance optimization.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 26 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on development and customization experience.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
