Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong technical and scripting skills to develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules.
- Work on Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Flow Designer.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with CMDB, Transform Maps, Data Imports, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Configure ACLs, SLAs, Notifications, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with ITSM , ITAM and ITOM modules and ServiceNow scripting.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs, and platform security.
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification is Mandatory
