ServiceNow Developer

Job summary

The ServiceNow Sr.Developer should have GRC domain knowledge and he/she is responsible for ensuring the E2E quality of the solutions implemented within the ServiceNow capabilities Security operations (SecOps) vulnerability response (VR) integrated risk management (IRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Responsibilities

He/she should effectively map business needs to functional requirements and ensure that the quality standards are met in all the solutions.

Develop maintain and execute quality test plans and test cases for various testing activities. (unit functional integration system regression and performance testing)

Responsible for the execution of quality testing activities to support new solutions enhancements and defects with close interaction with the Development team.

Manage the defect identified during testing interacting with the Development team on the validation of the fixes made.

Interface with stakeholders in providing guidance during user acceptance testing including test case execution and documentation.

Analyze and create test execution results and appropriate test metrics.

Strong understanding of the defect management process.

Good understanding and execution of software testing techniques and strategies.

Collaborate with different business teams to troubleshoot functional or technical issues.

Reviews and refines designs for usability review testing scenarios and refine test cases to ensure applications quality and works with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases product upgrades new technology deployments.

Certifications Required

Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
