ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer with strong ServiceNow platform expertise to lead a strategic platform reset and greenfield implementation. The ideal candidate will establish a clean, scalable ServiceNow instance following platform best practices, maximize out-of-the-box capabilities, reduce technical debt, and align the implementation with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a new ServiceNow instance.
• Establish platform architecture and development standards using ServiceNow best practices.
• Prioritize out-of-the-box configurations to minimize customizations and technical debt.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules across IT service management, employee experience, asset management, analytics, and governance.
• Align the platform with CSDM standards and best practices.
• Lead integrations, platform enhancements, and technical design decisions.
• Support the implementation of AI-powered capabilities, including Now Assist for ITSM and Virtual Agent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a scalable, maintainable platform.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

• ServiceNow development and platform engineering: 8 years (Required)
