RED Global is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a long-term transformation program in Germany. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple workflows while driving innovation, platform optimization, and customer success. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders, lead workshops, guide technical teams, and ensure best-practice implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

⏳ Duration: 5-Year Assignment

💰 Rate: €600 - 650/day

🗣 Languages: German & English (Mandatory)

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery experience.

• Strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, including:

• ITSM

• ITOM

• ITAM

• Platform Workflows

• Solution Design

• ServiceNow Integrations

• ServiceNow certifications such as:

• CSA (Certified System Administrator)

• CAD (Certified Application Developer)

• CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)

• Deep expertise in one or more ServiceNow solution areas, providing technical leadership and maintaining platform health.

• Experience leading customer workshops and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong integration, configuration, testing, and technical documentation experience.

• Ability to work independently while managing customer expectations and complex stakeholder environments.

• Experience leveraging AI to improve workflows, support decision-making, and enhance solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow projects and guide delivery teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.
• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow workflow solutions using industry best practices.
• Conduct discovery workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state solutions.
• Review and validate technical deliverables, including configurations, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Technical Consultants and Associate Consultants.
• Collaborate with customers to drive innovation, adoption, and long-term business value.
• Contribute to project governance, risk management, and status reporting.
• Provide feedback to product teams and continuously improve solution delivery standards.
