🚀 We're Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer – Core Platform

📍 Locations: Lafayette, LA | Knoxville, TN | Birmingham, AL | Columbia, SC, USA

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its team and support a mature, highly customized enterprise ServiceNow environment.

We're looking for a well-rounded ServiceNow professional with strong hands-on development, administration, integration, and troubleshooting experience across multiple platform areas.

This role focuses on enhancing existing implementations, resolving complex technical issues, supporting integrations, and maintaining platform stability while delivering new business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and enhance Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.

✅ Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, forms, and approval processes.

✅ Develop, support, and troubleshoot ServiceNow integrations.

✅ Investigate complex issues across existing configurations and customizations.

✅ Analyze technical dependencies and assess downstream impacts before implementing changes.

✅ Troubleshoot workflow, catalog, integration, platform, and vendor-related issues.

✅ Implement enhancements while minimizing regression risks and protecting production stability.

✅ Explore new ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-assisted development tools.

✅ Document technical solutions, root causes, and troubleshooting findings.

✅ Collaborate with developers, administrators, platform owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

🔸 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

🔸 Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow core platform and its configurations.

🔸 Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

🔸 Strong Service Catalog development experience, including catalog items, workflows, forms, and approvals.

🔸 Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations.

🔸 Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in highly customized enterprise environments.

🔸 Understanding of configuration dependencies, regression risks, and downstream impacts.

🔸 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

🔸 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

🔸 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
