🕘 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

🚀 Start Date: ASAP, subject to security clearance approval

👨 💻 Experience: 3–6 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience

🇸🇬 Eligibility: Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)

💰 Rate: Up to SGD 7,500 per month (all-inclusive)

🔧 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in application development, configuration, integrations, workflow automation, testing, deployment, and production support.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Management Team (PMT), platform administrators, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver and maintain enterprise ServiceNow applications throughout their lifecycle.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Develop, configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, reports, and integrations.

✅ Manage application deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

✅ Support UAT activities, including test case preparation, execution, defect investigation, and resolution.

✅ Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.

✅ Work with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Controls, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

✅ Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) remediation activities.

✅ Plan and execute production data migration, including data validation and reconciliation.

✅ Provide application maintenance, incident resolution, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and platform upgrade support.

✅ Implement change requests and enhancements in line with project requirements and delivery timelines.

✅ Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.

🛠️ MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

🔹 Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

🔹 At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience in enterprise environments.

🔹 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.

🔹 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory.

🔹 Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.

🔹 Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Controls, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

🔹 Experience with workflow-based applications or ServiceNow case management solutions.

🔹 Experience in UAT, production deployment, data migration, VAPT remediation, and application support.

🔹 Understanding of Agile delivery, application lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

💰 COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT

• Monthly rate cap: SGD 7,500
• Experience band: 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Engagement: 3 years
• Work schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens / SPR only
• Joining: ASAP, subject to security clearance approval

The monthly rate is all-inclusive, covering applicable annual and medical leave, medical insurance, phone allowance, CPF, and transport allowance.
