📌Employment: Direct Hire | Full-Time
🔑 REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform Development experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM
- Strong background in CSM/CRM workflows & automation
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, enterprise integrations & custom applications
- Strong skills in **JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts & Integration Hub
- Experience with Case Management, Customer Lifecycle, self-service & omnichannel solutions
- Knowledge of Now Assist/GenAI, AI Agents, AI Search, or Predictive Intelligence** is a plus
- Familiarity with **CI/CD, Update Sets, Scoped Applications & Service Mapping**
- A2A/MCP-based AI integration experience is an advantage.
