Role Overview

The E3 ServiceNow Developer is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. The role focuses on strong hands-on delivery, technical depth, and reliable execution within defined architecture and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop ServiceNow configurations and customizations within approved solution architecture

· Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer

· Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and notifications

· Build and support REST and SOAP integrations, including basic IntegrationHub use cases

· Configure and enhance ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

· Support automation and orchestration scenarios

· Convert business requirements into technical solutions

· Provide L3 technical support for customizations and integrations

· Ensure upgrade-safe development and platform best practices

· Prepare technical documentation and support solution demos

Experience & Skills

· 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

· Strong experience in ITSM implementations

· Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript

· Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations

· Exposure to AngularJS, HTML, and XML

· Good understanding of ITIL processes

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM or relevant module) – Mandatory

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
