Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ServiceNow Developer with 2year of
experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of
the ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, and JavaScript. The candidate will be
responsible for configuring, customizing, administering, and supporting the ServiceNow
platform while working closely with senior team members to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business
requirements.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts,
UI policies, and UI actions.

Create and manage Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Tasks.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with third-party
applications.

Perform ServiceNow administration activities, including user management, groups,
roles, and access control.
¢

Configure notifications, email templates, and scheduled jobs.
Assist in incident, problem, change, request, and asset management
implementations.

Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and
implement solutions.

Follow ITIL best practices and organizational development standards.
Required Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Basic understanding of Flow Designer and Workflow.

Knowledge of Git or version control tools is an added advantage.
