About the Role

Right Prompt Technologies is looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and be capable of configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, notifications, and other ServiceNow components.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalog items, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Work on incident, problem, change, request, and other ITSM processes.
• Configure and support CSM processes, including customer cases and related workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and provide technical support.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of ServiceNow enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer whenever required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Mandatory experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Good knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows/Flow Designer, and Notifications.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow applications.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data structure, tables, forms, and relationships.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
• Relevant ServiceNow implementation/development certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
