Must-Have Skills
Hands-on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience
Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience
Proven experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow product lines:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- SecOps
- IRM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM
- Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within project or production environments
