The Sponsor delivers human capital management technologies and services, including data analytics to support workforce decisions. The Sponsor seeks to build an integrated enterprise IT support model focused on learning, training compliance, language development, job advertising, and performance management. Work requires AGILE project management, COTS integration, ServiceNow (SN) application design, development, and security risk management. Contractor shall develop, maintain, and document code for software applications, databases, and cloud services following industry best practices, and conduct unit, functional, and user testing under an Agile methodology.,

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience with development of ServiceNow applications.

Demonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards.

Demonstrated experience using agile methodology.

Demonstrated experience using Jira.

Demonstrated experience proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting business goals and objectives, with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery, transforming, and modernizing web-based application, system, and service components.

Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, or service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision-making regarding future development.

Demonstrate experience interfacing with web-based databases and providing reports generation.

Demonstrated on-job experience with version control software like Github or Subversion.

Demonstrated experience in managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support, using service management systems.

Demonstrated experience developing IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, pre and post deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.

Demonstrated experience working with compliance or performance management applications.
