ServiceNow Developer – Multiple Specializations

We are looking for ServiceNow professionals to join our growing talent pool for multiple ServiceNow opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, responsibilities may include:

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules and platform functionality.
• Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Work with CMDB and CSDM, including configuration items, relationships, data quality, and service structures.
• Support Service Catalog, Request Management, Employee Center, Service Portal, and workflow automation.
• Perform testing, debugging, defect resolution, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, implementation, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, process owners, product owners, and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve ServiceNow platform efficiency.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

ServiceNow AI / Automation Experience

Candidates with experience in modern ServiceNow AI capabilities are highly encouraged to apply, including:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, implementation, technical consulting, or support.
• Experience with at least one or more ServiceNow modules/product lines.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting is an advantage for development-focused positions.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
