ServiceNow Developer (Now Assist / Forward Deployed AI Engineer)

Role Overview
The role focuses on developing and implementing AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, particularly Now Assist, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions. The person will work on enterprise ServiceNow environments and help integrate AI into business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow Now Assist solutions.
• Build and implement GenAI Skills and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop and configure AI Agents and agentic workflows within ServiceNow.
• Work with AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and related ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and related platform tools.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Work with CMDB and CSDM architecture and data.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ServiceNow AI implementations.

Requirements

• Around 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience with Now Assist and/or ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities.
• Exposure to GenAI Skills, AI Agents, agentic workflows, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, or Virtual Agent.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development skills.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM.
• Enterprise integration experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.

Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA.
• CAD.
• Relevant CIS certifications.
• ServiceNow AI/GenAI or CMDB/CSDM micro-certifications.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php190,000.00 per month
