Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
• Design, build and maintain workflows and process automations
• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements

• Participate in solution design, testing and deployment activities
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and project partners
• Contribute to platform best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

We're Interested in Candidates With Junior ServiceNow Developers

• Foundational ServiceNow development or administration experience
• Experience with platform configuration and workflows
• Understanding of JavaScript, scripting or low-code development concepts
• Strong learning mindset and desire to build technical capabilities

Mid-Level ServiceNow Developers

• Experience delivering ServiceNow development and customisation projects
• Knowledge of workflow automation and scoped applications
• Integration development experience
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team outcomes

Senior ServiceNow Developers

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
• Advanced scripting and platform customisation expertise
• Strong experience developing scoped applications and complex integrations
• Ability to provide technical leadership and solution guidance

Essential Requirements

• Current NV1 Security Clearance
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Sydney-based candidates preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates in Melbourne, Canberra, other locations
