What they need
Experience
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience in both ServiceNow Development and Administration
- Experience working in Agile / SDLC environments
ServiceNow Modules (Must Have)
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- ITBM / SPM (Project, Demand, Resource, Financial Management)
Technical & Development Skills
Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting
Hands-on experience with:
Client Scripts
Business Rules
Script Includes
UI Policies & UI Actions
ACLs
Service Portal development (widgets, pages, theming)
UI Builder & Workspace configuration
REST & SOAP integrations
HTML & CSS customization
Platform & Methodologies
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration
- Experience with SDLC
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
Certifications (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Domain Separation
- ServiceNow upgrades experience
- Exposure to ITOM or HRSD
- ServiceNow CAD or Implementation Specialist certification
