ServiceNow Developer - Telecom - CDI/Freelance

Context

A telecom and ICT operator in Luxembourg is strengthening its ServiceNow team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet business and IT needs, delivering robust, scalable and secure solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices. As a technical expert, you will support project teams in defining solutions, contribute to architecture decisions and to the continuous improvement of the platform. Mission of 6 months.

Missions

• Design, develop and maintain applications and functionalities on ServiceNow, favouring out-of-the-box capabilities
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Catalog Items and workflows
• Build automations with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Develop and maintain integrations: REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP / Active Directory, cloud and third-party applications
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and take part in design workshops
• Assess the technical impact of change requests
• Ensure compliance with development and architecture standards, contribute to platform upgrades, maintain technical documentation
• Provide expert support on complex incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap and platform optimisation

Working Conditions

• Contract: Freelance, CDI or CDD: we will find a solution as long as you are the right candidate
• Location: Luxembourg, on site with 1 to 2 days of remote work per week
• We are looking for people ready to relocate and work in Luxembourg
• Salary / daily rate: depending on profile
• Duration: 6 months
• Languages: French and English

1. Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
2. 5 to 8 years of ServiceNow development experience, across several modules in complex environments
3. Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, CSM and Service Catalog
4. Expertise in Domain Separation and on-premise instance management is a strong advantage
5. Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting; Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP integrations
6. Certifications are a plus: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, ITIL v4
7. Autonomous, collaborative, customer-oriented
8. Fluent French and English (written and spoken); Luxembourgish or German is a strong plus
9. Ready to relocate and work in Luxembourg
