Servicenow Developer - Thane- Face-to-Face Interview

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Create and manage Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Tasks.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform ServiceNow administration activities, including user management, groups, roles, and access control.
• Configure notifications, email templates, and scheduled jobs.
• Assist in incident, problem, change, request, and asset management implementations.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Follow ITIL best practices and organizational development standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Basic understanding of Flow Designer and Workflow.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog and Catalog Items.
• Basic understanding of Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of CMDB concepts.
• Knowledge of Git or version control tools is an added advantage.
