Servicenow Developer with HAM Pro or SAM Pro

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in ITSM or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools such as HAM (Human Asset Management) and SAM (Service Catalog).
• Experience working with ITIL v3/4 certifications is desirable but not mandatory.
