🚀 About the role

We develop and customize ServiceNow so business requirements become applications, modules, and workflows. At SAMLICON, you'll integrate ServiceNow with external systems and data sources, and implement automation, scripting, and UI enhancements. The work includes platform stability, security, and compliance, and it continues through upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement.

This role is about working with stakeholders to turn business processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and about using AI tools in daily development and consulting where they improve efficiency, quality, and solution design.

💡 What you'll do

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and data sources (e.g., Flexera, Power BI, internal tools).
• Implement automation, scripting, and UI enhancements to optimize user experience.
• Leverage AI tools and capabilities in daily development and consulting activities to improve efficiency, quality, and solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with best practices.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧠 What you bring

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow API usage
• You understand ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM modules and workflows
• Familiar with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON) and database concepts
• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly appreciated, along with a willingness to leverage AI in daily work and development

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certification (Developer or Administrator)
