The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing IT services management solutions using ServiceNow

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation scripts using ServiceNow's scripting language
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation
