Servicenow Developer(SPM Module)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications and workflows.
• Implement and support Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management modules.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio analytics.
• Configure Project Workspaces, Agile Boards, and Resource Plans.
• Integrate ServiceNow SPM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Support data migration, upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in solution design workshops and client discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills

• 36 years of ServiceNow development experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementations.

• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

• Experience with Service Portal and Workspace configurations.

• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory).
• CIS-SPM Certification preferred.
• CAD Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in client-facing and consulting roles.
• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules is a plus.
